3. Proposal and Design Agreement

  • ​We prepare a detailed proposal and design agreement based on your project.

  • You review the scope, investment and expectations.

  • Once approved, we're ready to begin the design work.

4. Project Design and Implementation

Phase 1: Conceptual Design

  • We create the layout and floor plan.

  • Inspiration boards shape the look and feel.

  • A fixture budget confirms feasibility with your allowances.

  • Initial materials and color palettes are explored.

Phase 2: Detailed Design

  • We source all furnishings, fixtures and finishes.

  • Written quotes are gathered for every material.

  • A complete design package is delivered to you and your builder, including plans, elevations, selections and specifications.

Phase 3: Purchasing and Execution

  • We communicate all design details to your builder and vendors.

  • We provide on site or written construction administration as needed to support your team.
