Jenn Quinn
Jenn Quinn blends years of hands on construction experience with a love for thoughtful, livable design. Before launching Quinn and Company, she spent more than a decade working in residential construction, giving her an intimate understanding of how homes are built and how to bring plans to life beautifully and efficiently. She has partnered with architects, developers and homeowners on more than 150 homes, refining layouts, managing budgets and sourcing materials that fit both vision and timeline. Jenn is especially gifted in spatial planning and guiding clients through key decisions with clarity and care. Acting as the bridge between clients, builders and architects, she brings ease to the entire process. Jenn lives in Oak Hill with her husband, four children, two pugs and a cat.

Andrianna Thompson
NCIDQ, NOMA, IIDA
Interior Designer
She is a proud Nashville native and a 2018 graduate from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville, where she was part of the very first class to earn a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture. With a background in commercial design and a perfectionist’s eye for detail, she’s passionate about creating spaces that reflect each client’s unique personality. One of her most meaningful career moments was collaborating with her father on the National Museum of African American Music in downtown Nashville — a project that gained national attention with a feature on The Kelly Clarkson Show. When she's not designing beautiful interiors, she’s busy making her own home a vibrant maximalist haven, hanging out with her two cats and dog, or exploring Nashville’s newest restaurants. She also enjoys thrifting, yoga, stained glass and pottery, and traveling the world with her recently married husband. At her core, she loves gathering with family to play games, laugh, and connect — a spirit of joy and creativity she brings to everything she does.

Brooke Holder
Director of Operations
Brooke brings to Quinn & Co. eleven years of experience in operations management, real estate, and interior design. Her background gives her a comprehensive understanding of the full building and design process—from the ground up. While her focus is on operations, she loves being part of the creative energy that fuels the design world and thrives on coordinating the chaos. Outside of work, Brooke spends time with her husband and their Goldendoodle, Theo, and keeps up with her seven lively nieces and nephews. She recharges with sunshine, Pilates, and planning her next adventure.

Emmie Dodd
Designer
Emmie brings years of experience in commercial, residential, and short-term rental design. A graduate of Belmont’s O’More College, she brings knowledge of material selections, client coordination, and project planning to the Quinn and Company team. Transitioning from commercial to residential design, she appreciates the different approaches it takes to get to the end goal: client satisfaction! Known for adding a funky flair to her projects, Emmie loves blending creativity with functionality. One of her favorite parts of the job is problem solving-whether it's working through a tricky layout or finding just the right finish to tie a space together. When she’s not at work, you can catch her checking out Nashville’s newest restaurants, hanging out with friends, or working out.
